Defining the standards that government entities must apply, according to entity categories and each criterion's scope.

Government entities must comply with the standards applicable to them according to each criterion's scope and entity category. Appendix 7.6 of the document specifies the list of concerned entities for each criterion.
Section 4 of the Essential DT Standards document defines the scope of standards application to government entities. Each criterion specifies its applicable entities, and Appendix 7.6 contains the detailed list of concerned entities.
