These Terms govern your use of sahm.sa and the services provided by SAHM Information Technology. By using the website or engaging us for services, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms.
1. Acceptance
Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Description of Services
SAHM provides advisory services in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, NORA compliance, Digital Government Authority (DGA) standards, EA tool implementation, and digital transformation index measurement. Scope, service levels, and deliverables are defined in a separate engagement contract.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide SAHM with accurate information and documentation needed to deliver the work.
- Designate authorized contacts who can make timely decisions.
- Honor agreed timelines and payment terms set out in the contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, tools, templates, and frameworks published by SAHM on this site or contained in project deliverables remain SAHM's intellectual property unless the contract states otherwise. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the agreed deliverables for internal purposes only.
You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any content of this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from SAHM.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client data and information in strict confidence, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable regulations. SAHM will not disclose sensitive information except with the client's consent or as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes. SAHM is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the website. Under consulting engagements, SAHM's liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the relevant service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Modifications
SAHM may modify or update these Terms at any time; updates take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement under the conditions of the relevant contract. SAHM may suspend access to the website or portal services where use breaches these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall first be addressed amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
