NORA (National Overall Reference Architecture) is the DGA's framework for how government entities should build and manage their Enterprise Architecture. It ties your digital work to national objectives. We take you through the full process -- from the initial readiness assessment all the way to accreditation.

ABACUS is Gartner's top-rated EA tool, and as the official Middle East partner we can fully support it locally. It handles over 30 frameworks including TOGAF and ArchiMate, and has Arabic language support. We do not just install it -- we configure it for your environment and train your team so they actually use it.

Qiyas measures your digital maturity across 10 perspectives. Our consultants sit with your teams, identify the gaps, and work through corrective actions for each one. The aim is an accurate score that reflects real improvements, not just paperwork.

It depends on the scope. A Digital Transformation Strategy typically takes 2 to 6 months. Standing up a fully operational EA Office is a longer engagement -- 24 to 36 months. NORA Accreditation usually runs 6 to 12 months. We agree on a realistic timeline upfront and keep to it.

Under NORA requirements, the committee must report directly to the Digital Transformation Committee, its name must include "Enterprise Architecture", and its chair must be a member of the Digital Transformation Committee. We guide you in forming the committee and defining its tasks and approval authorities.
