The guideline is designed to give entities enough detail to establish the practice easily. This content is updated continuously based on developments in digital transformation, developments in the practice, and changing entity needs.

Scope of the guideline

The scope of this document is limited to organising the components related to establishing EA practice at entities. It includes every detailed aspect the team should carry out to develop the operating model that enables the entity to implement and activate the practice in line with best practices in the field.

Purpose of the guideline

The guideline explains the methodology used to establish the organisational unit for adopting EA practice at the entity, based on a clear reference model that includes all the detail needed to design the unit's operating model components and ensure the practice is activated within the entity.

DGA

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) issues the guideline for establishing EA practice under NORA. Government entities and national companies use it when setting up or developing EA offices.
